Submission System, Paper Evaluation and Event Registration

 

The VIII Sustentar International Congress will have a system on the platform for submission, evaluation of scientific papers and registration of participants. Accepted papers (Abstracts, Extended Abstracts and Full Articles) will be published in the Congress Proceedings in digital format.

Approved papers will be published in the Congress Proceedings.

➢ The author who submits the paper will be considered the Responsible Author, and must be responsible for any
spelling errors in the names of co-authors and authorization of co-authorships. Abstracts that do not meet the established standards will not be edited and, consequently,
will not be included in the program and publication.
➢ Each author may submit up to 3 (three) papers.
➢ One of the authors or co-authors must be registered for the event (with paid registration).
➢ Abstracts must be submitted electronically, using the Paper Submission Form available on the Congress website, following the formatting model.
➢ Authors will receive confirmation of submission of their paper via email.
➢ The Proceedings of the VIII Sustentar 2025 Congress, containing simple and expanded abstracts and full articles, will be published in a special edition of the UniEnsino journal.
➢ Indicate on the Abstract Submission Form the THEMATIC AXIS of interest in which the paper will be presented.
➢ The papers selected for online presentation will be determined by the evaluation committee, composed of professors chosen as the panel. Award – At the time of submission, the author may select the option to submit the paper according to the specifications of the thematic axes.
❖ The papers must be presented in the form of an online poster.

SUBMIT YOUR ARTICLE

SIMPLE SUMMARY

The simple abstract must be submitted in Portuguese and electronically, using the Abstract Submission Form (via website), following the following guidelines:
– The work must be formatted according to the MODEL in a Word file. See model – Link 1. The text of the originals must be organized in Title, Authors, Abstract, Keywords. Arial, in size 12, justified, in a single paragraph, with single spacing between lines, must contain a maximum of 250 (two hundred and fifty) words, with brief and concrete information about the justification, objectives, methods, results and conclusions of the work and without the inclusion of tables, equations, drawings and figures.
– It must not contain bibliographical references.
– The abstract must be presented in a single paragraph.

RULES FOR PREPARING AN EXPANDED SUMMARY

The ABSTRACT may be submitted in Portuguese, Spanish or English and must be submitted electronically, using the Abstract Submission Form (via website), following the guidelines below: 
1. The paper must be formatted according to the TEMPLATE in a Word file. See template – Link 1. The text of the originals must be organized into Title, Authors, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusions and References.
2. The expanded abstract must be at least three and at most six pages long, including Text, Tables and/or Figures.
3. The text must be formatted for an A4 page size, with top and bottom margins of 3.0 cm, left and right margins of 2.5 cm. Arial font, size 12, and justified must be used. Line spacing must be 1.5.
4. Citations of articles (references) in the text must follow the current standards of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards – ABNT.

– Ex: In the body of the text Soares (2019), Soares et al.; (2016).
– Ex: At the end of the sentence (Soares; Neto; Freire, 2024), (Assis et al.; 2019).

5. Citations of works extracted from Abstracts, publications in press and personal communication are not accepted in the preparation of the extended abstract.
6. The text must begin with the TITLE of the work in capital letters, using Calibri font, size 12, in bold, centered, with a maximum of 20 words.

7. Immediately below the Title, the Full Names of the Authors must appear, separated by semicolons, in Calibri font, size 12, centered and written with only the first letters in capital letters. Include a superscript Arabic numeral for each institution, after the last name of each author, to indicate the institutional address (center, department, centers, laboratories, research groups) and electronic address (e-mail). Authors from the same institution must be grouped in a single index. 9. The Abstract section must have a maximum of 250 (two hundred and
fifty) words, with brief and concrete information about the justification, objectives, methods, results and conclusions of the work. It must begin immediately below the word Abstract. It must not contain bibliographical references. The Abstract must be presented in a single paragraph.
